Service Description

Rolfing is a hands-on participatory form of bodywork. We will work together to reshape connective tissue and align your body. 10 sessions are recommended but not necessary. Sessions are typically done with the client in underwear, but swimsuits are acceptable as well. The duration of each session may vary.
